How do you roast raw pistachios?
I have been experimenting and can't seem to get it right-either too soft or too crisp.
Most recipes say roast at 250 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours but, the nuts come out under cooked when I do them like that.
I am getting a lot of nuts off my and would like to get it right. Thanks
